Axel Real Estate and Home loans is a family based business run by husband and wife team. Our Profit margins are so slim that no other Agents can afford to beat. My husband Rizwan (Rizzi) Elahi has 30 years of mortgage processing and underwriting experience. He structures the hardest loan files for successful and on time close of escrow .

 As a mortgage broker, AXEL has developed relationships with some of the strongest mortgage lenders in the country. In addition to our in-house Processing, these relationships allow AXEL to offer a complete range of loan programs and pricing to satisfy the needs of any mortgage consumer. Loan programs include conventional, government, and non-conforming products using fixed-rate and various adjustable-rate mortgages.
